Service

BreachIntel is an automated email service that summarizes data breach notifications published by US government agencies and the SEC. It is delivered by email: a daily brief with a CSV attachment on every plan, plus same-hour alerts on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Subscription and billing

The subscription is billed at the price shown at checkout (currently $49 per month for Daily and $149 per month for Pro; Enterprise is quoted and invoiced separately) and includes a free trial of the length shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Polar receipt or by emailing digest@nessvale.com. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are available on request within 7 days of a charge.

Data and accuracy

The brief reflects what agencies and the SEC have published, as stated in each filing, at the time we saw it. We make no guarantee that it is complete, timely or error free. BreachIntel does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for your own review of the source notice.

Acceptable use

The brief is for your own firm or organization. Do not resell or republish it as a competing product. BreachIntel does not collect or provide personal information about individuals.
