What we keep
For subscribers: your name, work email address, firm and subscription dates, used only to send the brief and manage your subscription. The email address is kept in our delivery system (Cloudflare) while your subscription is active. For visitors: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Like any website, it is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses.
Team plans
Enterprise customers may also give us the email addresses of their team, a watchlist of companies, industries or states, and a Slack or Microsoft Teams webhook address. These are used only to deliver that customer's alerts and are deleted when the plan ends.
Payments
Payment details are entered on Polar's checkout and handled by Polar and its payment processor. BreachIntel never sees your card number.
Emails are sent through Brevo. Every message can be answered with "stop" and we will remove you. We do not sell or share subscriber details.
The data we publish
The briefs summarize public filings by organizations. They do not contain personal information about the individuals affected beyond the count of people reported.
